This personalized six-month “fit it ALL in” program is for women who are truly ready to make lasting, lifelong changes toward better health and overall wellness.


During the six-months, together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance. This program is where dramatic and sustainable lifestyle changes will take place with personal attention to your unique goals and challenges.


As a client of my health coaching program, you will:

Six-Month program includes:

  • Two one-on-one 50-minute coaching sessions per month

  • Learn to create a whole-foods based cleanse program to help you get started on the right track for healthy change

  • Unlimited e-mail support between sessions, and e-mail one-month follow up after program completion

  • Recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare

  • Coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want

  • Simple but informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge

  • Access to my latest health tips and recipes

  • My personal commitment to your health and success
